Rail Loadouts

North Shore Track constructed rail loadout systems for concentrate handling.  Two loadouts, one near Grand Rapids, MN (Jessie Loadout) and one near Keewatin, MN.

The loadouts provide for the bulk loading of iron ore concentrate while accommodating for the 36 hour turn-around times required for the unit train schedule. Both sites required weigh in motion scales and all industry track standard details for crew change and train inspection.
